Where do you deliver? 

We currently only deliver to the UK

How much is delivery? 

Standard Delivery in £2.95

International delivery prices are based on the exact weight of your order and country of delivery. These delivery charges are listed at the checkout.

How do you package your products? 

We use padded envelopes for all the smaller hanging decoration and strong boxes for cake toppers and bigger items. All cards and wrapping paper are sent in sturdy board back envelopes. Please note that some of the boxes don’t fit through letterboxes, so Royal Mail may leave a re delivery postcard. If so you can arrange another delivery time or collection from your local sorting office.

Do you charge VAT? 

VAT is included in the product price. If you require a VAT receipt, please get in touch by emailing sarah@justtoppers.co.uk. 

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do? 

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email. We send everything out via Royal Mail tracked 48, which takes approximately 1 to 2 working days to arrive. We understand that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place and that although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please do let us know and we will so our best to help.
